Beyond the molded part.
Define the surface, markings, assembly and packing while the part and tooling decisions are still open.

Decoration starts with the drawing
Define the artwork, position, color and visible surfaces before choosing a marking route. Review the substrate, locating method and appearance reference with the molded part.
- Screen & pad printing. Agree access, location, coverage and durability checks. The concept photograph illustrates pad printing.
- Hot stamping & laser marking. Confirm resin, finish, marking location and relevant functional checks.
- Painting & other finishes. Published services include spray painting and electroplating. Preparation, masking, material suitability and acceptance require confirmation.
Published service names do not establish that every process is suitable for every resin or geometry.

Design the assembly route
Review how the parts locate, join and remain protected during assembly. Define the mating faces, clips, screws, bosses and prepared inserts before the production route is released.
- Locate & fasten. Agree alignment, access and handling so the joining operation does not damage the component.
- Join & check. Assembly and ultrasonic processing are publicly listed services. Any selected joint needs compatible materials, suitable geometry and agreed functional checks.

Protect the part through delivery
Specify protection for visible surfaces, separation between components and the transport conditions. Review a packing layout against the component rather than selecting a carton from appearance alone.
- Part protection. Confirm foam, film, dividers or formed packaging and any cleanliness requirements.
- Identification & handling. Agree quantities, revision identification and reporting needs without exposing customer information in public images.

A useful finishing brief
- Artwork. Controlled revision, visible surfaces, colors and marking positions.
- Material. Exact resin grade, color and existing surface condition.
- Assembly. Mating drawings, fasteners and any supplied components.
- Acceptance. Appearance reference, durability and functional checks.
- Packing. Protection layout, identification, quantities and destination.
