From drawing to production
Review & design
Share the 3D model, 2D drawing, resin and forecast volume. We review wall thickness, draft, undercuts, cosmetic faces and critical dimensions before the mold layout is agreed.
Build & sample
Mold components are machined, fitted and assembled. Trial samples and agreed dimensional checks are reviewed before the production process is released.
Mold & deliver
Run production to the agreed material, process and inspection plan. Secondary operations, packing and shipment requirements are confirmed for your part.
