From drawing
to delivery.
A clear route from your controlled drawing to approved tooling and molded parts. Follow the decisions, checks and recorded approvals that connect each stage. Whether the mold stays for production or ships to your facility, agree the project and delivery requirements before any manufacturing work begins.

Agree the brief
Start with the controlled drawing and the way the part will be used. Agree the resin, quantities, appearance and critical features before choosing the tooling route.
- Provide CAD, a dimensioned drawing and assembly context.
- Confirm delivery, tool ownership and approval responsibilities.
Confirmed: The project brief and acceptance priorities.

Review & design
Review wall thickness, draft, undercuts and gate positions. The mold design then defines filling, cooling, movement and ejection. Use flow analysis where the project requires it.
- Record changes against the controlled drawing revision.
Confirmed: The part revision and mold layout before manufacture.

Build & assemble
Machine, fit and assemble the tool to the approved design. Check the specified steel, inserts, surface finish and purchased components, with design changes recorded before they affect the part.
- Check alignment and assembly access before the trial.
Confirmed: A tool ready for sampling.

Trial & approve
Evaluate trial samples against the agreed dimensions, appearance and function. Identify the material and tool revisions, record inspection conditions and connect each correction to the feature being reviewed.
- Review revised samples before releasing production or shipment.
Confirmed: Accepted samples and the release decision.

Production & handover
Release the agreed material, setup and inspection plan. Protect parts and tooling during packing, and record the accepted revision, documentation and responsibilities at handover.
Local production
Confirm repeat-order controls, part protection and packing.
Export tooling
Confirm machine interfaces, transport protection and agreed spares.
Confirmed: The delivery and handover checklist.
